Official Rules

How it Works

  • Prize drawings will be held on a regular weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
  • All registered attendees with an Education or Exhibits-Only badge will be automatically entered into a random number generator system. Friday-only registrants are not eligible.
  • Winners will be announced at the time of the drawing and notified via email and social media.
  • Winners must acknowledge acceptance of prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to acknowledge acceptance within the timeframe will result in forfeiture and prize will be re-entered into the prize pool.
  • All eligible registrants will remain in the drawing throughout the duration of the sweepstakes. Anyone who wins a prize will be removed from subsequent drawings.

Accepting Prizes

  • Winners will collect prizes onsite after checking in at DEMA Show. Certain prizes may be distributed digitally as needed.
  • To collect your prize onsite, bring your photo ID and DEMA Show badge to DEMA Central, unless otherwise coordinated with DEMA staff.
  • Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • If unable to attend DEMA Show, prizes may be re-entered into an onsite drawing.

TIP: The earlier you register, the more chances you have to win—boost your odds by registering early!
