General FAQs

DEMA Show 2025 will take place November 11–14, 2025 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) – West Hall A in Orlando, Florida.

DEMA Show follows all venue and local health regulations. Updates will be shared as needed.

DEMA Show is an annual event exclusively for professionals in the diving, travel, and water sports industries. Review the credentials required for each badge type.

DEMA Show is not open to consumers or the general public.

Yes. Only those aged 16+ will be permitted entry into DEMA Show, the Show Floor, and any education sessions. Infants are not permitted entry and childcare is not provided.

DEMA Show is exclusive to qualified industry professionals. All participants must present  valid credentials and obtain a badge to access the show. This event is not open to consumers or the general public, and guest passes are not provided.

Yes! While you do not need to be a DEMA member to attend DEMA Show, we suggest joining to take advantage of the savings. DEMA members can save up to $145 off registration.* Learn more and join now to save!

Registration & Credentials FAQs

DEMA Show offers multiple packages for attendees, allowing you to participate in the way that best suits your wants and needs.  Review the options here.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email provided. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam or junk mail folder, as emails may end up there.

If, after checking, you have still not received a confirmation email, go back to the main registration portal and select  "check status/update". This will generate a new confirmation email.

Alternatively, you may call DEMA Show Registration Customer Service at +1-224-563-3113 or +1-855-326-4470 to confirm your registration and request a confirmation email.

DEMA Show badges will be available for pickup at onsite check-in. You will be required to present a valid, government-issued ID to obtain your badge. Each person must come to the registration/check-in area to pick up their badge.

To streamline the check-in process and skip lengthy queues, have your Badge Pick Up Notice (sent via email) easily accessible, whether digitally or in print.

To update your registration details, visit the registration portal and select "edit registration", then proceed to make the changes needed.

You may cancel your registration through the registration portal. DEMA Show does not provide refunds for cancellations.

Yes. All participants must submit specific credentials. View the credentials needed for each badge type here.

DEMA Show registration is open! Qualified individuals may register for badges online (phone registration is also available as needed). Credentials are required for all registrations and may be submitted during the registration process.

To help ensure you select the right badge based on your business, we have provided a list of definitions and required credentials for each badge type. Please review this information to select the one that matches your business. 

If you're coming to buy, yes! Buyer badges are highly coveted and available to both Dive Retail Buyers and Dive Travel Buyers. If you are attending DEMA Show to purchase items or will be responsible for making purchasing decisions, we strongly recommend obtaining a buyer badge.

Review the required credentials and upload them while you're registering online to prevent delays.

To take advantage of the special DEMA-member savings,  sign up to become a DEMA member before registering for DEMA Show.

While registering online, after choosing your registration package, you will have the option to register multiple attendees. Follow the prompts and once you are finished adding all attendees, select the continue button to proceed to the payment page and complete your session.

Each attendee will receive an email confirmation to the email you provided during registration.

Hotel Room Block FAQs

Yes, exclusive hotel rates are available through the official DEMA Show hotel room block.

The DEMA Show 2025 Hotel Room Block will open in the coming months. Information will be provided as soon as it becomes available. 

Yes. Once the hotel room block opens, we will also provide the room block booking deadline. Note that rooms are based on availability and may fill up before the deadline.

Yes, shuttle service is available for attendees and exhibitors who book their stay at the host hotel through the official DEMA Show Hotel Room Block. Full details will be provided closer to the show.

Exhibitor FAQs

General Information

Only qualified industry professionals may exhibit. Companies must be directly involved in the diving, travel, and action water sports industries.

To apply for an exhibit space, we suggest you first view available space and then contact Robin Hatfield at sales@demashow.com to ask any questions and set up a meeting to reserve a space. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Move In:

  • Saturday, November 8, 2025: By appointment only
  • Sunday, November 9, 2025: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Monday, November 10, 225: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Move Out:

  • Friday, November 14, 2025: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Saturday, November 15, 2025: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Booth Logistics

Standard booth packages include:

  • Exhibitor Badges: 3+ badges (based on square footage and membership level)

You can order additional services through the Exhibitor Services Manual, which will be available through your Exhibitor Dashboard ~mid-May 2025.

Yes, but all displays must comply with DEMA Show’s booth guidelines outlined in the Exhibitor Services Manual.

Yes, booth height restrictions vary by booth type:

  • Inline booths: 8ft
  • Island booths: 20ft
  • Peninsula booths: 20ft

Marketing & Promotion

DEMA Show offers multiple exhibitor marketing opportunities, including:

  • Digital show directory listings
  • Pre-show email and social media promotions
  • Sponsorship and advertising options
A listing of all opportunities will be offered in the coming months.

Log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard to update your company information. We recommend updating this as early as possible as is it publicly viewable.

Yes! We offer multiple sponsorship and promotional opportunities to exhibitors. Contact Christine von Steiger at sales@demashow.com for details on sponsorships that can increase your brand visibility.

Yes! Additionally, if you plan to offer special happy hour or booth events during the final hour of any DEMA Show day, we’ll help promote it to you for free! Simply complete the form here.

NOTE: All in-booth events must follow booth and catering guidelines.

Exhibitor Badges & Registration

Each booth receives 3+ complimentary exhibitor badges based on square footage and DEMA membership level. Additional badges may also be purchased.

Exhibitor badge registration will open in May 2025 via the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Yes, all booth staff must be at least 16 years old.

Shipping

Shipping instructions will be provided in the Exhibitor Services Manual through your Exhibitor Dashboard.

Shipping in Advance to Warehouse:

  • For items that will arrive October 13 – October 30, 2025, use the Advanced Shipping Label.

Shipping Direct to Show Site:

  • For items that will arrive November 8 – November 14, 2025, use the Direct Shipping Label

Shipments will be delivered to your booth. Freight receiving details will be included in the Exhibitor Services Manual.

Move-In/Move-Out

Hand-carry policies vary by venue. Check the Exhibitor Services Manual for details.

All booths must be dismantled by 12:00 PM (noon) on Saturday, November 15. Any materials left behind after that time will be discarded at the exhibitor’s expense.
