DEMA Show 2025 will take place November 11–14, 2025 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) - West Concourse in Orlando, Florida. Below you will find location information, as well as transportation options and accessibility services available at DEMA Show.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

Anyone who books their stay at the host hotel through the official DEMA Show Hotel Block will enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from the convention center each day of DEMA Show. 

An shuttle schedule will be provided as we get closer to the dates of DEMA Show.

Getting to DEMA Show

Driving In / Parking

The Convention Center operates three parking lots. Parking rates vary upon vehicle size, entry time and event. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The West Building parking lot can be accessed via Exhibit Drive (north entrance), Convention Way (south entrance) and West Entrance Drive (off Westwood Boulevard).

NOTE: The Convention Center is now a cashless venue, accepting Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Flying In

The Orlando International Airport is the main airport in Orlando (approximately 12 miles from the Convention Center) and offers several options for ground transportation.

For your convenience, rental car service is also available at the airport.

While registering to attend DEMA Show 2025, you will have the option to request a Letter of Invitation. 

Accessibility/Mobility Services

Scootaround

DEMA Show provides mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and oxygen equipment rental services through Scootaround. 

Your mobility device can be reserved in advance and will be waiting for you during DEMA Show in the convention center at an on-site Business Center or can be delivered to your hotel in Orlando.

Daily and weekly rates are available. Operators are available seven days per week.
