Exhibit Space Selection and Seniority Policies
Exhibit space selection takes place in order of priority points. Learn more and read the full policy below.
Saturday Move-In Request
Any exhibitor requesting to move-in on Saturday, November 16th must complete and submit the form request by Friday, November 1st. If approved, we will notify you via email.
Cart Service
Exhibitors using Personally Operated Vehicles (POVs) for move-in and move-out may request cart service to assist. Learn more and order service below.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
All DEMA Show Exhibitors are required to have General Liability Coverage from an insurance provider. Submit your documents to DEMA Show through your exhibitor portal.
Show Specials
If you plan to offer Show-Only specials to attendees, complete the form and we'll help promote it!
Block Party
If you plan to offer food, drinks, or other special activities during any day of DEMA Show (during the last hour), complete the form and we'll help promote it to attendees free of charge!
Silent Auction
