Call for Resource Center Snapshot Sessions

As a DEMA Show exhibitor, we invite you to submit a session abstract for consideration as part of our Resource Center Snapshot Sessions. Held on the DEMA Show floor, these FREE opportunities are widely attended but space is limited. Review the guidelines below before submitting your application.

DEMA Show 2024

The annual DEMA Show, the largest in-person trade-only event in the world for companies doing business in the scuba diving, ocean water sports, and adventure/dive travel industries, attracts hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of dive and travel industry professionals from around the world. DEMA Show provides an event designed for attendees and exhibitors to conduct business, network, see and demonstrate products, and participate in educational and training sessions. DEMA Show is produced by DEMA, The Diving Equipment and Marketing Association.
Please complete the Resource Center Snapshot Session application by July 15, 2024. Only current exhibitors using the linked application will be considered.
Exhibitors will be notified no later than August 19, 2024.
One session will be held at each of the times listed below. Schedule is subject to change.

The maximum number of snapshot sessions an exhibitor may be chosen to present will be based upon their current DEMA Membership Level as follows. Additional sessions may be allowed to present a full schedule to Show attendees:
