Paul Howe
Paul W. Howe is a full-time faculty at Polk State College in Lakeland, Florida and adjuncts are several other colleges including Purdue Global University and Johnson & Wales University.
Dr. Howe was the former Direct of Education for the American Society of Travel Asssociates (ASTA), as well as having worked for Divi Resorts & Peter Hughes Diving in their marine sports division. He has spoken for Air Jamaica, Travel Agent Magazine, the Diving Equipment & Marketing Association (DEMA), and the Student & Youth Travel Association (SYTA).
His dive industry background includes being an instructor trainer, founder of the premier scuba facitlity in the Finger Lakes of New York State, freelance writer for Skin Diver Magazine, member of Michigan State University's Center for Marine & Underwater Resource Management (CMURM), underwater photos published in The Boston Globe and The Vermont Magazine, and dive tourism consultant for the island of Bonaire and Victoria Island.
