As a DEMA Show exhibitor, we invite you to submit a session abstract for consideration as part of the Resource Center Snapshot Sessions. This is a FREE opportunity exclusively available for exhibitors, allowing you to provide valuable educational content for DEMA Show attendees.
Sessions take place on the DEMA Show Floor during Show hours and aim to provide valuable insights and education to attendees.
We invite DEMA Show Exhibitors to submit your proposals for consideration. Review the information and guidelines below to help prepare in advance. Submission deadline: July 15, 2024.
NOTE: Image Resource Center and Technical Diving Resource Center sessions will all take place in the Resource Center Snapshot Session area on the DEMA Show floor.
While priority is given to sessions focused on general industry education on relevant topics such as photography, videography, and technical diving, exhibiting companies may also propose topics tailored to their specific products and services.
DEMA Show Management strives to curate a diverse mix of topics and exhibitors. However, please note that not all submissions may be selected for presentation.
Speakers are responsible for utilizing their own laptops for presentations. Additional audio-visual equipment and technical support will be provided for selected sessions and speakers.
The number of snapshot sessions an exhibitor may present will be determined by your current DEMA Membership Level, as outlined below. Additional sessions may be permitted as needed to ensure a comprehensive schedule for attendees:
