Dr. Csilla Ari D`Agostino is a neuroscientist, marine biologist and Research Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida. She described that manta rays have the largest brain of all fish and embarked on a journey to find out why: she completed research studies on the sensory and cognitive abilities of giant manta rays and in the meantime she accidently discovered that they are able to change their coloration rapidly and over longer period of time as well.
