Please note: We have been notified by DEMA Show 2008 exhibitors regarding notices or calls they’ve received from unauthorized, pirate companies identifying themselves as being affiliated with the official DEMA Show 2008 hotels and DEMA Show Guide Exhibitor Directory Listings.
In regards to DEMA Show Housing, please note:Pirate housing companies have started contacting exhibitors and soliciting housing reservations over the phone and via email. Booking through these unauthorized housing companies can result in extra costs and high cancellation fees. Be sure not to give your credit card number to anyone who calls you on the phone soliciting your housing reservations.

In regards to the DEMA Show 2008 Directory please note:
If you receive a call and/or and are being asked to update your “DEMA, Las Vegas” listing in an exhibitors directory, some are also requiring a financial transaction, please be aware that this is NOT the DEMA Show directory. DEMA Show 2008 exhibitors receive official emails from DEMA Show Management [DEMAShowManagement@mail148.subscribermail.com] providing them with information on your exhibitor listing in the show guide. The show guide is now closed for print, but you are still able to update your online listing at http://www.demashow.com/update_profile.html. If you have received an email or a phone call and are not sure if this is a legitimate source, please do not hesitate to contact DEMA Show Management at 1.800.687.7469.
